The course is always in phenomenal condition!
Most holes on the course are away from any other holes (only #1#9/#10#18) are by each other! There is quite a bit of elevation change on most holes from tee to green! Well placed water hazards, and numerous bunkers (that the very small maintenance staff[ 8-9 full time] hand rakes every day) the holes are meticulously maintained from tee box to green. Quite a few holes are lined ( either on one side, or both sides of the hole) with native forrest. Some houses collect golf balls in there back yard, daily. So accurately placing your shot is a must! Greens depending on pin placement can be fun and enjoyable for all skill levels, or they can test even the most seasoned golfer! While the price to play isn't the lowest around by far, you will struggle to find a course in better shape or friendlier and helpful staff. These guys take pride in delivering 100% to everything they do! Do your self a favor if your around broken arrow! Text yourself against this course! I bet you can't go just once.
